Client Responsibilities

Lion Claims Adjusters represents you as a public adjuster in dealings with your insurance company regarding covered property damage claims. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial planning services, or representation in litigation. If your claim requires legal action, we will recommend that you consult with an attorney.

While we work diligently to maximize your insurance settlement, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or settlement amounts. Insurance claim results depend on many factors including policy coverage, documentation quality, insurance company practices, and the specific circumstances of your loss. Our ability to secure settlements is limited by the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of your insurance policy.
